Quality Recovery
Recovery Principle: Use high-quality reference frames with a limited number of frames and limited amount of information to restore the extremely low image quality sequence of input, then get high-quality sequences of output.
The below gif is the comparison between input and output, where the input sequence is the sequence of the original material compressed to a 200k Bitrate by h.264 encoding.
The below is the reference frame. Only one high-quality picture is used as the background information reference, and the output picture quality has been significantly improved after processing.

3D效果很难直接展示，因此使用红蓝模式可视化，算法能够自动区分文字类和视频画面。
